Please join us for Sunday practices. We start at 10:00 a.m. and chant a special Chenrezig Sadhana (which was specifically selected by Tulku Nyima for busy Western students), as well as other Deity practices, or the tsok.
Additionally, we recite the ngondro on full and new moons and conduct tsok celebrations on traditional days according to the Tibetan calendar.

Tulku Nyima Gyaltsen Rinpoche, affectionately called "Tulku Nyima" by his students, founded Sakya Dokho Choling ("SDC") in 2003. SDC is a group of committed students dedicated to the study and practice of Tibetan Buddhism. Tulku Nyima has established a set of teachings specifically designed for Western students of Tibetan Buddhism. A primary focus for us is the Longchen Nyinthig ngondro, a comprehensive set of preliminary practices that are designed pacify one's mind and prepare one for Dzogchen teachings.
Tulku Nyima was recognized by His Holiness Sakya Trizin as a "genuine reincarnate Lama of the Sakya tradition." Tulku Nyima is the speech emanation of Khenpo Ngawang Palzang ("Khenpo Ngakchung"), one of the greatest Nyingma Masters of the previous century. Khenpo Ngakchung is the author of Guide to the Words of My Perfect Teacher. Coupled with The Words of My Perfect Teacher by Patrul Rinpoche, the Guide is a primary text for students of Tulku Nyima.
